President Donald Trump kept clapping directly into his
microphone during his first State of the Union
address.
Twitter erupted over it.
No matter who is president, one thing stays consistent during a
State of the Union address — there is a ton of clapping.
Senators, congressmen, party leaders, guests, and both the
president and vice president will spend a significant portion of
the speech clapping after the president delivers lines.
During President Donald Trump's first State of the Union address,
one person's clapping overpowered the room full of applause.
It was the president himself. And it was because he kept clapping
directly into the microphone.
And Twitter was not having it.

Can Paul politely tell Trump to stop clapping into the mic?

No seriously...someone on the House floor please make Trump stop clapping into the mic. Pls.
Dear Facebook,Would you kindly take a moment from tinkering with your algorithm/ruining my life to enable immediate captioning in live streams because TRUMP CLAPPING INTO THE MIC IS QUITE THE LOUD SITCH AND MUTING WOULD BE TIGHT.
Best,

The whole stand up and clap and the people who pick and choose when is humorous to me. Like ahh not much of a fan of that Ill sit this one out haha. P.S. Trump clapping near the mic though is getting a little annoying. #SOTU
